Customs Ford Y Block exhaust manifold identifacation

I am trying to help a mate source an exhaust manifold for his 57 Australian customline.
We can't see any with the extra exhaust port, does anyone know what it is off? and even better have one to sell?

That's most likely from a truck f100 with the cross over. are you looking for passenger car rear dump ones?
Shipping to AU might be crazy.

 

Its right hand drive right side not rear dump.

If the top is round 54-56. If top is flat 57-64. I do not believe it was used in the USA as the flange is on the wrong end.

 

My Canadian 55-57 Ford/Meteor parts book lists right hand drive parts. But, that number isn’t listed. My book indicates CRECE-9430-B as the RH manifold for 55-57 RHD cars with CRECE-9431-B for the LH. It most probably is a truck part. Hopefully, someone with a Canadian truck parts book will help.
