Technical 1951 meteor VIN decoding help needed

I have done a few searches and found mercury and ford "vin" or serial number decoding, but couldn't find anything on meteors built in Canada. Does anyone have a reference for these? Thanks!!

Hey I am putting together a 49 Meteor. I have not found anything about decoding the VIN. Have been looking for a while now. Have you had any luck since 2021? Also We need grill parts as well. Any help would be appreciated.
