Folks Of Interest Rest in peace Jack Walker

    Just heard that my pal Jack passed away. Jack was a custom car guy through and through. He is best known for his spot on clone of the Hirohata mercury. Man the custom car world will not be the same without him….

    Tough to loose a family member, friend or close associate. My condolences to you, his family and many friends and fans.

    Very Sorry to hear this.! Jack was getting ready to set up His "Cavalcade of Customs" for the "World of Wheels" show this weekend in K.C. !! He will be missed by All. What a Class Act.!!

    Tough to lose a good friend.....here's to a life well lived.
     
  24. So sad to hear. Another custom legend has left us for a better place. His clone of the Hirohata Merc launched the meticulous custom builds and the clone trend that we have today. Jack was one of the "heavies" in customs that helped keep customs alive back when they almost died. We all owe him a debt of gratitude. He will be missed!
    My deepest condolences to his family and friends, and his many fans. Vaya con Dios, Mr. Walker, and thank you..........E

    Jack Walker's funeral is February 3, 2025 at the Cornerstone Chapel of Peculiar, 277 W 1st St. Peculiar, MO 64078. The church's telephone number is (816)779-5088. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 and the services will start a 11:00am.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Jack for the first time just last year. Was a gentleman and his loss is a major blow to the custom car world. RIP
