ChevygirlRox, Megan's doing great. Been on here abit lately. I talked to her on the phone while I was in Fool's Bar at the Hunnert Car Pileup last weekend. She was wishing she could have made the PileUp but was afraid the cold air might hurt her lungs which are still alittle sore.

The insurance company totalled the bucket and wanted too much for the buy back. Whisky Runner, Matt, the owner, was OK with the insurance decision. He's got some other plans. One of them being to help Megan get her truck on the road.

I'm here. I am feeling better, just a little sore in the ribs now. I am back to work on my truck and have been busy at the 9-5. The docs tell me I need to be super careful because even though I feel better my guts (ribs, spleen, lungs) aren't all healed up yet. Hence the reason I was not at the Pile up. A slight cold can quickly become pnuemonia with busted up ribs they say. And coughing really sucks. As for the car, it is a goner. We have lots of other plans for the winter though, a few new projects in the wings. Most importantly though, FINISHING MY TRUCK! As for what happened, it appears something in the tranny went south. When we get a better diagnosis I'll do a post.
Thanks again to the HAMB though for everything. You all are definitely to be credited for my speedy recovery. (the salt from Bonneville helped too...)

MMM, I've got a pretzle dough kit I bought from the neighbor girl for her class fund raiser. $8 and it DIDN'T come with salt!

Denise, I'll donate it to you if you promise to get salt from thirdyfive and bake them up! I smell HAMB Auction!!!!

Megan, if you get up to the Toledo area, I've got all of Chad's (RDSTR31) material, you can come shop. I still haven't done much of anything with any of it!
