Has an Essex look to me. Maybe 1930ish.

I say dodge because of the wavy axle, and parallel leaves.

I’m going to say Dodge as well due to the 3 door hinges on the front. Definitely not Olds, Plymouth, or Chevy.

I agree with the "wavy" axle, but on a closer look, it appears the axle is bolted to the frame, not the springs.

Nash had dual cowl vents; the big clue to me is the odd hinge placement; assuming they're all factory installed.

Dammit...! whilst I was typing we have a winner.

One of the few MoPars that doesn't have a factory chop, think that might be of the first steps!

  18. Looks like a Willys frame. Mopar axle is just U bolted to frame.

Nope, I have enough projects. It would make a neat car though.

  21. Originally I thought it was a 1932 PB Plymouth but they have suicide doors and the window opening is larger, but they do look similar. HRP

  22. I don't think it's a Dodge body? The picture of the 1932 Dodge for sale may have used a 32 Chrysler body for their build? The hood ornament in their add is not original either? I just never seen dual cowl vents on a Dodge, just Chryslers? The Bodies are almost the same for both. But I could be wrong?

They are asking 1932 Ford prices, not the $400 I would pay them for this.

This is posted as a 1933:

This very strongly resembles what is under that body.

My guess is that it is a 1932 Dodge coupe, on a 1933 Dodge frame.

I’ll be darn, my ‘32 PU and a Plymouth (32) were straight frames, poor assumption on my part.
