Jimmy, please reconsider. You're a true Historian, keeping the passion burning for many of us here. It saddens me to think how much we lose with this decision. I can't tell you over the years how many times a smile would come to my face seeing that you posted. I knew something special was about to happen when I opened your thread. You are that good, truly. Smiles today are hard to come by.

Sorry to hear this Jimmy, I just opened this and was looking forward to seeing all the photos. I’ve also had the same problem with my photos being taken and was thinking of water marking, but I suppose that’s out now.

    Hey guys.

How about supporting Jimmy, and buy his books on the blurb website.

They're a fabulous insight into early lakes, drags and street-driven hot rods.

Here we go... @Stovebolt thanks for sharing that site. It was not very user friendly but I got a couple ordered...

@Jimmy B, I've known of your books for some time now but Stovebolt's suggestion inspired a second look and I really commend you for your part in purchasing, preserving, compiling and publishing them in a book format giving us an opportunity to have them...

I do again understand the watermarking of your collection of things you revere and protect prior and due to protecting your publications.

I again speak on behalf of the sizable portion of membership who follow your Threads and dot connecting in many others to reconsider posting your collection as you please with your signature watermarks as you've well explained the justification and discretion in they're placement. I forever thank you and I know you know how much I treasure them. I've shared them with credit to you over the years if I could connect the dots to the origin when I right clic to Threads I follow and contribute to. I've always liked the fact that your very open to the big picture in Hotrod/Custom...

    Cheers Mates,
