Thanks for sharing the photos and keep them coming. I always love seeing your car show threads as you alway pick out some real interesting stuff to share.
As for the removable top vs the folding top thing. I have to go with Billy on that one. For us if you actually drive the car any distances and very often a top you can put up in a hurry and side curtains you can put do a lot more to keep your butt and the inside of the car somewhat dry than that top you took off and you and two buddies carried into the hotel room so you could go "roadster" that day and the afternoon cloudburst hit.

Waiting in line to do the Drive In part of the show

 

This sweet 34 sedan is owned by a well known fellow HAMB member who happens to own quite a few bitchin cars. He's known for his engine work, and this sweet car may look stock and docile, but the engine is not stock. And he's got plans for it...

 

I’m digging the gold 5 window with the Chevrolet W engine in it!

 

Yeah, that was driven in by a dad with his young son riding passenger, so cool to see that. There's some great memories for those 2 guys. I met them at a previous GNRS, maybe last year. The guy built the car himself, a very nice job.

@Blues4U , great coverage. I like the fact that we have so many onsite "reporters" this year. We not only get to see more of the vehicles but through different eyes and lenses. One of my favorite times of year on the HAMB
