I removed this from a low mileage 390/4-speed Galaxie in '70 and has always stored dry. All bearings and gears (3:50 open) are in very nice condition. I saved the lube and is clean and odor free. Original 11 X 2 1/2" brakes were disassembled and all parts bead blasted, except cylinders which should be replaced/rebuilt. New hold down nails and adjuster plugs I had on hand, but the remaining small parts are very serviceable (except linings) including the nice drums which are stock/uncut @ 11.030" and will need minimum grinding for new shoes. Axle bearings feel good, and two damaged studs were replaced. Park cables were saved for fit/sizing. Brake assemblies are now loose to prevent any drum or backing plate damage during storage and transit. Cash pickup only at this time..
    Thanks. Bob
