Looks like a ‘36-‘37 Ford banjo wheel.

 

For more responses you might change the thread title to "steering wheel" I.D.

 

Those three lumps on the inner edge should narrow it down.

 

DDDenny got it right, it’s a steering wheel.

 

It's definitely a 1936/1937 Ford banjo steering wheel I believe out of a deluxe model.
Such a sexy steering wheel for a 1950 style hot rod.
