Event Coverage 1978 Street Rod Nats, Columbus, OH

pretty sure this was in Rod Action magazine back in the day.

I was there in my chopped yellow deuce 5 window. Where I first met Steve ****an (Rodder's Journal) who photographed the car for Street Rodder where it appeared on the cover with a feature inside in 79.

 

No magazine appearances for mine . Believe this is 78 Nats judging by the way car is set up. The young lady on the running board...married 46 years in October.

 

The 78 Street Rod Nats was the start of my wife and my 6 week long trip across the USA in our 36 Willys sedan. The car is gone and my wife p***ed away but the memories remain. If I can find my pictures I'll post them.
