Looking for information on a set of pistons I bought yesterday. He only had 7 with a new set of molly rings. Trying to get specs or a link to an old catalog. They look to be forged flat top 40 over pistons. Also looking for 1 new piston to complete the set to put in my 454 for a 1929 Pontiac. Appriate any help.
That 1.530 CD written on the top is about .110" shorter than stock 454. Longer stroke crank and stock rods?
Try 'johnson speed warehouse' in lansing MI. He has tonnes of old pistons and the best place these days besides ebay to look for a single/orphan Vintage piston.
