I was able to start my month by getting all the go fast goodies mounted on my A engine. Hoping to heat cycle the headgasket and take it for a road test this month.
Nothing too exciting. In the process of selling my second car, I’ve got a few leads on some fordors for my growing family! While I wait for pistons and rings for my B, I made some progress in my Miller findings…

Hi all. there’s no news from me this month, as I’m interstate working til the end of the month. still on the hunt for some reasonable model A shockers if anyone has some (cheap).
Checking in, just back from a good weekend at a show in Wagga Wagga (Riverina Rumble) with the family, trailered the A but spent some time bombing about in it, the kids had fun, there were a couple of other bangers there. It still getting hot after a little bit so the plan is the flush the Radiator, it's a honey comb core so a little harder to clean.
Stovebolt - I am currently "rebuilding" some Houdaille shocks for Model A's. After a thorough cooking in a charcoal bbq to aid in disassembly I then clean them in an ultrasonic cleaner. I then add new seals and hydraulic fluid. If the shock needs any machining I don't touch it. If you are interested and feel that shipping from Canada to Australia may work, please PM me.

Brand-new A owner. ’30 RPU. Plan on traditional pre-war (mostly) banger hot-rod. I’ll probably stray a little bit from tradition (Mitchell OD, FSI dizzy, alternator), but i wsnt to keep it *mostly* traditional, but upgrade it a little for daily usage.
I guess I'd better try again and make a question out of it. Does someone know what head is on this engine that guy was asking about?
Installing the Radiator and light bar tomorrow and firing it up. I’m using the plug adapters and looking for some input on what heat range I should buy. This is a Bert’s touring engine with a high compression head, Petronix ignition, inserts, headers and a T-5 transmission. Test drive will have to wait as we got 15” of snow last night
