    There's that photo again. Back on page 92 of this thread I was trying to find out if it was Landy or one of the Mancinis who had the transmission failure. I emailed the Mancinis, but no answer :(.

    Landy is noted for a transmission failure in '66 in a Dart, though that came with flames (he was burnt) and was described as "at speed". The photo above pops up frequently, but no matter how creatively I use Google I can't find a connection between it and Landy driving. It would be cool if it was Landy though.

    The winter is gone and my shops is still such a mess I can't even see the roadster.:eek:

  16. I wanted to work on improving the brakes on my’56 Fairlane but my daily driver sucked up most of my spare change and time I needed. It was also too damn cold many of those days to work in the garage. I only have a small space heater that barely made a difference.

    Not a high seed fix but for just lumbering along it should be fine. :rolleyes:
