Customs Images of tri-five Ford's...

A couple I saw this past weekend.

 

"Juicy Fruit", an imitation 56 Meteor convert. I say imitation, because it started out as a 55 Ford ragtop, with all the Meteor stuff added on. The late 90's and early 2000's were an unreal time here in western Canada. Guys were selling their first born for ragtops, specifically the Meteors. I painted a Lauderdale Blue and White 56 Rideau convert for my buddy, who sold it in 2008 for a whopping $120k. The guy who owns Juicy Fruit gets a little, uh, cranky when someone knows it's not a "real" 56 Meteor!

 

Ooooh I like the look of those tail lights.
