Started the fan shroud. Gotta cut the fan hole and split it in half to make installation easier...

Curious, are you going to attach the 2 pieces of the shroud to each other after installing ?

I plug welded two pieces of 3/32" thick metal and tapped the holes for 8-32 machine screws...

 

I know our garages aren’t that warm yet, but how goes the battle?

Sand blasted and body filler applied...

 

That’s the most beautiful shroud I have ever seen!

 

Fan shroud is painted and installed...

 

Made a map / stuff holder for the passenger side kick panel...

 

Welded up a pair of pedestals for the seat head rests. Also painted a pool ball with red flake to use as a shifter ball...

 

Stuff holder is painted & installed...

Head rest is painted. Nine pieces of metal come together to make one plus two pieces of wood...

 

That Coletti booklet is somewhat collectible, they were based not far from me.

 

I found it in a pile of stuff a customer was throwing away... I've been searching for information about it. The local Dodge/Plymouth don't know anything about it???

 

Steering wheel riser has been shaped with body filler to make the transition from the wheel to the stalk smooth...
