The little gauge panel has stripes in it. The painted radiator top section and maybe one piece splash aprons under the doors. Non of which you can see Is the fella wearing a Ed Roth hat.
My Model A pickup had a steel top and the title stated it was a 1930, the radiator shell was in bad shape so I did use a 31 shell, it was just a pile of parts so I always assumed it was a 1930. HRP
