History What kind of car?

    I saw this on another forum and tried to identify it without luck. It looks to be late 30's. Some were sure it was a Buick because of the round vents in the hood, but I don't think so. It has suicide doors and the headlights appear to be mounted to the grill rather than the fenders. I know the HAMB is good at this. old car.jpg

    Five round portholes on the hood sides, "baby moon" hubcaps, vent windows, & three chevrons on the front fenders.

    the lasalle was discontinued by GM because they were selling too well--cut into cadillac sales!
