not just compound. 1500 -2000-by hand then 3000 on the soft pad DA then buff, course compound, light compound then final glaze..... pretty paint sucks....

 

thanks Danny, I am not a fan of heights so I wish I had a cousin that cleaned gutters.

 

Ted that looks fantastic straight out of the gun. Doesn't need all that extra work. Mark doesn't need a "show car" LOL

 

I can clean your gutters if I can reach them from the ground.

we could just buff it, but it will look better if we sand the little imperfections out. the devil is in the details

My wife was very impressed with his spray booth with the excellent lighting and the rails in the roof for hanging panels. And with the end result on Mark's car.

Yes, I installed windshield, doors and lots of hardware. Car all sanded and Ted is buffing like a man possessed.

Drove the coupe home today. Now to start top to bottom cleaning. Also need to put it all back together. Amazing how much is involved when repainting finished car. Just spent a couple of hours under the car. Just had a visit by this big guy to check it out. He likes Black!
