Actually f-150 up until 1996 have 5x5.5. Jeeps as mentioned, some Chevys and Dodges also.

All Ford cars till '49. All Ford trucks till '96. All 5 lug Econoline vans from at least '78 till they stopped making E150's. Some others as stated.

never heard of a Chevy with 5 lug 5.5" bolt circle. But some of the Dodge 4x4s from the 70s, might have? The old Imperials, mid 50s to early 60s, had 5.5" bolt circle. But they might have had 14" wheels, just to confuse you.

You are correct, brainfarted and the 5.5 chevy half ton pattern is a 6 lug. I apologize and I'll go to the bathroom and give myself a thorough beating. I promise to enjoy it.

Then you can get into whether the wheel has innie or outie hubcap bumps. Innies, Ford 1/2 tons, 5" wide from early 50's to 66, and special order 16" innies Too. Outies after 66, all 15" for....a long time in varying width

But, don't try to bolt them on a stock Model A without hydraulic brakes. While they are the same bolt pattern, they will not fit the drums.

Dodge trucks and vans. My son has an 89 ramcharger 2x4 with them. the 5-lug 4x4 has them as well. If the center hole was bigger, the steelies from my 2003 Ram bolted up to my 66 Scout (just not up front).

    I believe the 4 1/2" (4x108mm) should actually be 4 1/4".

  24. It depends what style rim you want, inside bump or outside bump. Inside bump (think '40 Ford wheels) are going to be more expensive then outside bump (think 60's F100). Seems like getting cheap rims is getting really hard now, even self pull junkyards are pricey. $50 for a used needing cleaning and paint rim isn't out of question around here.

  28. I've got a whole stack of Ford half-ton pickup wheels with 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern. Don't know how I ended up with so many of them. I also have a couple of Mercury 15" wheels, same bolt pattern.
