Has anyone ever used polyurethane adhesive to install a one piece windshield? Can you help with the pros and cons? I am debating using it to install my one piece windshield into my 50 Chevy hardtop coupe.

It was my understanding that you could use a windshield from an oldsmobile The same year as it was one piece?

Not what you're asking but.... I think the two piece looks so much better.

I think the one piece Oldsmobile windshield might be too small to glue in. Then you have the problem of a nice finish on the edges as well.

yeah, it probably is too small.

I put one in a 50 Chevy years ago, used the olds gasket.
