As the name says that is Phil Cowards Willys, probably at Westhampton drag strip. Phil had the unenviable task of having to run Jack Merkel when at Westhampton.

I guess it's OK.
Bought this 38 steel body in 1995, it was pretty cut up.
Initially installed a Blown SBC but changed over to a Blown BBC.
1968, not really.
Four steel coupes together at out Friday Night Gathering in Concord, Ca.

 

I'd like to show off the rear suspension that my fabricator built for me, if interested, then that's it.
