Technical Identify this stainless trim piece?

Can anyone identify this piece? I got it with a pile of other parts. The guy thought it was Hudson but wasn't sure. I want to make sure it's not a rare piece of unobtanium before I send it to the blue bin.

 

Looks like a '56 Ford car center connector trim for the grill. Not real rare, but if it's not beat up someone will want it. But I could be wrong...
