Just some shots from the OC model A cline breakfast. Good show. Some hotrods and customs show up. Free. Breakfast is 10 donation. At Hart Park city of Orange
I didn't realize this was this morning, I really wanted to attend this event. Looked like a good turn out.
Sort of snuck up on us and my wife was all about her driving her 33 Plymouth. It was a good time. This and the model A swap in LBC in June pare some of the best little events.
As an East Coast guy I'd like to attend this event and the New Years Day event the Eastwood family started. My pick of the event is this car, what are the details, looks like a Chrysler Roadster body and a Duesenberg radiator shell, something Bobby Green might own. Bad Bob's Coupe is looking good next to it.
THANK YOU! I'd really like to know the story behind this car, sure hope it stays as is, really like the look. Bob
It was bigger then last year. It's one of the few car show only events I go to, love this show. A few car celebs there walking/driving around. Looks like @abe lugo parked next to me .
You're welcome! If I remember right the owner said the running gear is 1922 Duesenberg Model A and the car was built in 1933 this way..
I agree a 100 percent, by the way I remember admiring the '33 Plymouth at the Mopar meet at Woodley park it is in amazing shape . I had know idea it was your wife's car, small world.
Pancakes are good with eggs and sauce and coffee and orange juice of course included. I saw Foose jumping in that Dusenburg to try it on for size. The owner was a Duesenberg mechanic builder before you retired so he has parts annd engines and it sounds like there might be a Foose Doozy "Foosey" build in the future.
The cool little roadster pick had the air filter top bobbling around. Let him know if you know him. I had never seen the woodlite turn signals
