Is he contacting you with a HAMB screen name ? Heres what i found with one click on Google. 1st item went to X and some Arabic mumbojumbo. 2nd item says enough. Quite a jump from HAMB forum to Nissan Leaf forum,
We don’t have a user with that email address… And users can’t get your email address through the HAMB. So, I’m guessing you are getting it from another source unless you list your email address in your ads… which is not a good idea.
I fail to see the issue with this, I have made a number of sale because my phone number is on with my ad, if anyone really wants it they can look it up in the phone book. I find irony in the fact the same people who are so worried about Google, Facebook, etc… having their information are the same people who don’t carry cash, have Amazon/Walmart.com accounts have E-Z Pass/Fastrak or the equivalent for interstate tolls, use DoorDash,, or ride in an Uber. I will not do business with anyone who is not willing to give a phone number, if someone only wants to text or Email I don’t trust them, I have never bought anything off the internet with a credit/debt card and I never will. The same goes for people who insist that anyone useing a Post Office box is a scammer. ‘The town I live in is very small 800 people, we do not have house to house mail delivery.
because the safest way is to do business with people that are members here. and have to use the Pm system to make initial contact. The internet is over run with criminals who troll the wanted ads and look for contact info so they can make contact and claim to have the part you are looking for
