Customs 350 turbo pan bolt holes misalignment

I have a 350 turbo (or so I was told) that was leaking at the pan. I bought a Moroso gasket but the holes don't line up with the pan. It's the typical square with a corner "cut off" shape, but the 13 bolt holes aren't even close. The trans doesn't have the external band adjustment. I was told it was previously rebuilt, everything seems to work fine, just was leaking. Do I have something out of the ordinary?

Just mark them L and R before you take them off next time.

 

I was in the Air Force with a guy who couldnt tell you which foot was the right one...even after I used a magic marker to put a big R on his foot. he never did learn how to march. They gave him a Security Police job
