    Hey guys,

I had to share my recent experience with Roadster Supply. I let Ray know Monday morning I wanted to proceed, as he quoted me for international shipping last week. I paid for the parts Monday, they shipped same day. In fact when Ray called me for my credit card info, he already had the parts packaged and ready to ship. I received them yesterday afternoon, less than 48 hours later from California to Western Canada. If you're Canadian, you understand how big of a deal that is.

Ray was great to deal with, the parts were extremely well packaged, and they're better than I expected.

I've attached some photos of the ladder bars. They're not exactly as pictured on their website, but I actually think they're better. I believe the front ends are forged. The welds are very nice, and all components seem heavy and well-made.

It's rare to have this kind of experience when buying hot rod parts anymore, I highly recommend Roadster Supply.

Those look like nice parts. I'll keep them in mind.

When I worked for Affordable Street Rods I worked with Roadster Supply all the time. Great parts and better people. In 4 years of being a dealer for them, I never had a single customer issue with their parts.

    That's great to hear.

I have a stash of new parts from a variety of (reputable) vendors for my roadster pickup, and this is the only order that I got as good or better than described for everything.

You don't see service and quality like this much anymore.

I would have missed out if I had bought similar stuff from Summit as originally planned.

Considering all these glowing reviews, my own included, I'm surprised they're not an Alliance Vendor with us.

    Great to hear!
I will mention that shipping to Canada even years back was kind of a pain.
I don't know how they did it, but the shippers, customs and then more shipping was not a two day situation when I was doing that stuff.

  13. WOW! Two days? Did they bring them by helicopter?:)

For a 60 lb shipment, it was $167 USD with FedEx. Considering what I've paid for shipping on other stuff, not bad at all. It flew from CA to Memphis, then to Edmonton. Paid the customs online when it was in Memphis, $75 CAD. I haven't looked at the included paperwork but Ray must have had his paperwork all ironed out, it has been years since a shipment went anywhere near that smooth for me. I didn't believe it would come so quick.

    Another endorsement from another Canadian.
I’ve been dealing with Ray for years now. Both at Roadster Supply and his previous place. Great guy and very responsive.
Has shipping to Canada down pat.
    Two thumbs up for sure.

Been dealing with Ray since he was at So-Cal. He's the best, does what he says and anything I've bought has been top quality. Spent many many 1000's of dollars with him. Gary at Cornhusker Rod And Custom

Like I said they're not as pictured on the website. This is what I ordered (basically look Pete and Jakes Style): https://www.roadstersupply.com/Complete-Triangulated-Ladder-Bar-Kit-p/rsc-54000.htm

The ones I received have the forged front connection and forged brace. I really like them. Pleasant surprise.

Oh yeah, the housing mounts are fancy too, not just plate steel.

Just ordered from them last night for the first time off your recommendation. I was always familiar with them but I’m glad to see all this good feed back.

Went there prior to GNRS . Doesn’t look much from the road, but heck have they got some stock. In saying that ,there are two buildings opposite each other. Bought a couple of item while visiting. Then my wife said “why don’t you make a complete list of what you need and get them bring it to the show” perfect . Wow were they ever busy at the show. Awesome folks to deal with.
