Years ago , I made several sets of 15x5 and 15x4 the centers fit perfectly in GM spacer hoops , easy swap . For a welder with access to brake lathe .

  2. WOW looking great! Love the color. What black paint did you use on the dash face? My chevelle finally got painted recently, it’s not home yet tho.

Thanks! Glad to hear the paint is done! I have a couple different cans of plastic/vinyl paint in black. I think this was a duplicolor brand I bought at the local carquest. The blue I had to order from "Partsplace" they are the only ones that offer plastic paints matched to the PUI color codes.

I used that to recolor all of the plastics. I picked the best used seat plastics I could find and it was a grabbag of mixed colors. Console is an aftermarket piece. I also did original armrest bases, kickpanels, etc. I did the dash, kick panels, and a pillar posts in a darker blue bc all of the pics I could find that is how they were.

  4. Thanks i’ve got to paint all my plastic pieces too.

    Your Chevelle is looking good!
Coming from a Mopar guy, that is saying something.
Looking forward to seeing the final product.

It's looking really good, a 70 is stuck in my "fun brain" because my friend had one in high school and we had a riot in that car.
At 19 (1985) I bought this one for $100 bucks and a late night rescue ride for a guy, I probably should've kept that one, 350/350 bucket seats, horse shoe console and a 12 bolt.
