'53-'54 Bel Air 4-door side trim same?

I'm trying to piece together some Bel-Air side trim for my '54 wagon. So, I got a few questions:

Is the side trim on '53 & '54 4-door Bel-Airs is the same? If so, would it also fit a 4-door wagon? From pictures I've seen, the sides of the '53-'54 sedans and wagons all appear to be the same from the beltline down.

I have the standard 210 side trim. Are the pieces on the front quarters and front/rear doors the same as the Bel-Airs?

The white insert on the rear doors and quarters - is that painted directly on the body, or is it really some type of insert?

Finally, is this trim still available new?

Im in the process of taking the trim off my 4 door, you should swing by and see if you want any of it. Im sure we could work something out.

Yes everything is the same except the grill and tail lights if im not mistaken........all universal

 

White is painted on. One special note, if you're going to change the doors to the Bel Air trim, there are about 14 holes to drill in each one!

54Bomb, I'll try to go through my PMs but someone on here was looking for the driver's door trim that he'd lost years ago during a paint tear down. I think it was CA...I've got a nearly full set that I didn't really want to part with.

I also need those little pads on the rear doors that start the white area so if you have an extra pair...
