I would be ashamed to be so lazy I'd put that car up for sale with those headlight buckets. It just takes tape, paint, and time. But, looking at the bang up job they did on that master cylinder backing plate, it's probably best they didn't even try.
The car is a bit of a mess. Looks like a chevy guy tried to build a MoPar without the knowledge. At least the under hood wasn't painted all black.
