    It's an Olds/Poni. 61 od. 53 id. Number stamped ?28518. Iam thinking early 50s.
    It was under my uncles drag car 32 5 window in 50s

    Not Olds/Pont. It has shackles for a transverse spring. Must be Ford manufactured. Maybe late 40's Lincoln??? It has bolt on emergency brake brackets like Lincolns

    It's not a chevy truck. They had 6 lug wheels, normal U joint yoke, etc.

    Ok - I'll try again - 1937ish Oldsmobile - yes, I edited this post - this is actually my third try - the Buick of the same era looked like this but it seems those all used a torque tube. 4.37:1 gear ratio
