Don't know who wrote the story on the Journal today, but I sure agree with most of it. It's amazing that Sean can do such consistantly brilliant work. You can look at his interiors from a purely creative standpoint, or a purely technical standpoint, and be amazed. View the interior as a whole, and the way each works with the whole car, and it's nothing less than astounding.

Those of us around town that get to see a lot of the finished products have been preachin' the Fat Lucy gospel to everyone who will listen.

I do think the writer oversold Sean's quietness, though. He's not the cl*** clown, talking over everyone for attention kind of guy. But he's not a mute, either!

Semi inside joke. Guy from Street Rodder did a blog with a typo that ended up "Fat Lucy".

And an omage to 35's Prom date...

Seans work speaks for itself. Someday I hope the Grand Prix will be worthy of a Fat Lucky's interior.
I don't know him well but after the couple of swaps and deals we have had between us, I gotta say he is a stand up guy. Men of thier word are worth thier weight in gold these days. Great article and well deserved.

not that it matters much, but what would a Fat Lucky interior cost roughly?

Sean is the definition of artist!

When I dropped my Rivi off with him at the last Roundup. All we discussed was color. A couple months later I flew back to Austin to drive it home to Houston. And it wasn't even color we talked about, and everything he did all flowed, and looked way better than anything I could have come up with. Believe me when I say I gave him full rein to roam. It killed me not knowing what he was doing and what it looked like.
Thanks to Blake and several others for telling me it's awesome but never letting the cat out of the bag. I will have Sean do every interior I need done in the future pending he's still taking jobs from us little guys.

Sean's got skills! My truck isn't currently running, but I still go sit in it just to stare at the upholstery. You guys should see the boat upholstery he just finished. I think it's a 50s wood boat....looks amazing. Sean you there? Do you have pictures of that you'd post?:D

Thanks everybody... It's amazing that I've been able to make so many good friends on the HAMB even though I rarely participate...

Most of the time I just do what I think is cool- even though I'm not really confident that anybody else is gonna dig it, so it's really good to hear such positive feedback from you guys.

Stay tuned- I have some projects coming up that I'm really excited about. A couple Mercs... Dan's 55... Speedaddict's 39 is gonna be really cool... Hopefully Zenor will get his car down here, I have some good ideas for that one...

I'll post some pictures of the boat Monday.

Roger- I'm flattered, haha. You're getting really good. I gotta get my **** together or you're gonna be better than me soon!
