Does anyone know of a source for 292 Chev 6 cyl flat top pistons that can be used with stock rods? I know about the dished ones that Tom Lowe sells but was looking for a true flat top.
Propane pistons used to be the desired buy, but now unobtanium. Ross or Egge may make you a set of flattop pistons.

12 bolt lists Ross pistons with a s smaller dish. Not cheap. Then there’s these https://www.12bolt.com/store/p32/Ro...MBhfQzdI9GjIYVb7xQ_aem_amFbgm35SPsl6nR3P6aRpA longer rod to use 250/307 pistons Haven’t seen an off the shelf flat top for stock rods
Flat tops will give you near 12:1 compression in a 292 so they're not an on the shelf item.Tom has a piston deal with Ross and can get them, but not many people build high compression race type inlines anymore, so he would have to order them.
