That's what made me think a little about the pic but that winter rim thing was likely patterned off a vintage OEM rim. Chrysler had something similar in the 60 to 65 period. The other thing it might be is offshore as alot of European stuff had made its way over by the early 60s.

Here is a Thread on the Imperial Rims...

Now this may be them but maybe not...

Sure is the same car! It was parked on the shoulder, working out the last few kinks. Should be at Cruisin National WKC in Santa Maria next month!

    Thanks Billy.
    Yeah, I polished the wheels.
Glad you like my Hemi coupe.
    Just kidding. I wish!
This is Rickybop you're talking to. It's not my car. LOL
Has a nice look though, huh?
It's actually for sale here in Michigan on FB.

The short one is 29/9 and the tall one is 30/1. I think the paint means one or the other, but I’m not positive.

I think it is a drilled Ford wheel.

And yes the '32 Plymouth coupe is a looker! There was a "32 Plymouth roadster on our place in Texas that had been my uncles hot rod in the 40s. I used to play in it and day dream of making it my hot rod in the next few years. One day when I got home from school my dad had cut up it and our old '41 Dodge sedan for scrap. Times were tough.
