Technical Holley 94 float level tool

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by 46international, Apr 30, 2025.

  1. I think I saw a thread that showed a tool to help adjust the float level on Holley 94 carbs. What it was is a fitting that screwed into where the brass plugs go on the bottom of the float bowel. from this fitting it had a clear plastic tube that you could see the float level with the motor running.
Does anyone have any info on this? How far from the gasket surface at the top of the float bowel should the level be?

  3. Thanks a lot man! That tells me what I need.
Not too long ago there was a thread that someone had showed one of these, not the exact same thing as yours but same concept. I did a search and could not find it. I'm glad that you took the time to dig out your item and post a photo.
    Thanks again
while reading it again, at the bottom it says, "measure below top of bowel" does anyone think that means measure from the top OUTSIDE of bowel or from the top of the gasket surface?
