  14. I've seen this before but never really studied it. It appears to be sporting a Chevy cowl side vent, Chevy? rear fenders and what looks to be to be a 47-48 Oldsmobile gas filler door. Did I guess right?

This 41 truck was owned by Jack Calori. It currently resides in BC Canada and had a partial restoration at my best friends shop, SO-Cal Canada / Wicked Customs. The owner wanted to keep the patina and not repaint it Orange. He also retained the blown SBC that had been installed at some point. The frame, suspension and driveline was restored (I rebuilt the differential) and the interior was also restored to how Jack had it. The outside had been repainted to black over the Orange at some point in its life. The crew at Wicked was able match the patina black paint over the rust repair they had to do. Its a really neat truck.
Anyways, to answer two of your questions.
    Rear fenders are Chevy
    Side vents are Studebaker
I don't know about the gas door
