Changed my manual drum brakes over to 9" booster with dual MC. Installed different distribution block for the dual MC lines, MC to booster rod is correct length, set with gauge, moved booster to pedal rod to lower hole because of Booster different angle, bench bleed MC, The brakes are all good with new wheel cylinders. Problem is now I have front brake lock up. The MC is 1" bore would going to 1 1/8" bore help?

That’s a first. Someone with brakes that work too damn good. :)

1 1/8” bore will decrease pressure at the wheel cylinders fore sure. Will it answer your problem?

Is the distribution/proportioning valve adjustable? If not I'd get an adjustable one.

I've got one on my '65 Lemans and it works great.

Essentially all 1964-1972 A-bodies are the same, so that should work for you.

I use a distribution block on my car with a built in adjustable valve. Wilwood makes a nice simple one.

@PeggySue when you say “front brake lock up”. Is it sudden with little pedal effort or are front tires much skinnier than the rears?

Its right now very little pressure. I backed the adjusters off some help but then my one back brake locked up when braking, so ever though the brake were suppose to be redone not to long ago I tore them down and replacing everything. They were redone at some point but sometime back, so will see after I redo them thansk

Is the master designed to be use with a booster. Meaning, does it have a shallow dimple for pushrod or a deep one?

Needs slight freeplay in the booster/master pushrod.
