Well, the title pretty much says it all, I might be doing some sheet metal repair on on a 33 Ford 5W coupe, And the place I use to get the panels apparently doesn't offer them any more... Basically the lower section all the way around.

    .Cowl patches
    .Rockers
    .Quarter panel "doglegs"
    .Quarter panel rear caps
    .Below the deck lid panel

This will possibly be the last "Body Save" I'll ever do,... So I'd like to find panels I don't have to totally reconfigure to use,....("Can I make the panels ?" you ask,... probably can,.. definitely could years ago, But now a days I'm afraid it would be far too time consuming.

    Thanks Guys !

I have used just about everyone’s panels over the years and they all seem to be about the same. There is even a possibility that there is one stamper that makes all of them, but that is only speculation….

Here are panels from 3 different companies, two of which are sheet metal suppliers.

I used to use Howells, which was always a risk, but Im not sure if they are in business after their “website got hacked”.

I have a pair of inner fenders from Tom Bay and they are pretty darn good, but contacting those folks is a chore.

Here in a the one I’m in the middle of right now, which has a little of everyone’s panels on it.

Here is the last one that had about 4 different vendors panels on it. They all seem to be about the same.

Good luck and don’t forget to post lots of pics.

I have used 5 different tail panels from 5 different companies over the years and I am absolutely positive they are all made by the same people. They all seem to be about 3-16 tall where the trunk meets, but that very well might be the dude who did the installation...

One thing for sure, the trunk lids from Steve’s Auto Restoration are fantastic.

Tom Bay makes everything model 40 for Howells. I had heard he was wanting to retire. I don't know...call him! Also, Donny Smart makes very good stuff, not sure how to find him
