Poor Desoto....looks like there is some good parts available on that car. Hopefully it will give other cars a new lease on life. Hopefully you got into it at a good price and can sell it to fund your other projects.
Had to have this, condition was great, may do some cleaning, not sure. I think it is early truck, seller thought Stage Coach, whatever, it gets wall space around here someplace.
Factory cut - a - way of a BARLOW ROLLER fuel pump and a vacuum tank. Looking for info on the company. Plan to do a good cleanup on things.
Another solid junkyard picking mission. There was a lot more than this but this is the somewhat on-topic bits, my favorite being a much needed NORS sector shaft for my Model A steering box which I plan to rebuild this summer.
my haul from an estate sale yesterday: P-F hydraulic body repair unit- works, but needs new hose, and probably new o-rings in the pump and cylinders, some hand tools, including a Corvette ratchet with a Torx tip that does not seem to be interchangeable, some hood ornaments and badges 2 old models that need a little re-glueing, and a bunch of old models that need a lot of work, with a lot of spare parts and decals, and an old store display of padlocks
Those club plaque charms are super cool, I never saw anything like that before. I'm not into models either but those built ones are pretty neat, especially the metalflaked Vicky.
The Corvette ratchet with the Torx bit is probably to release or lock down a t-top or removable roof panel.
