Tried using the "Search in several forums and it always comes back "Nothing Found". Anyone else having this problem?
Yep, looks like another malfunction. If you need to find something right now try google, type your search and as last h.a.m.b. I just tried on a few searches and that works.
Hello, I, too have had plenty of search functions blank return or sorry , search not found results. But, I tried several grammar errors or left off spaces or commas. This is what I got, in reply to several times I tried to find "the glory that is the hemi thread." Yes, it is a popular one and if I scrolled down the main page or two, it usually is found. I was just using it with a comma missing, a space added and so on to see how far the common speed typing error would take the search function. The first one was a added space between the comma and the result shows the typing, but it took me to the correct page. The second one had no comma at all, but the result took me to the correct topic page, comma included. The third try was a fast typing with "thread" missing as a normal typing mistake. but, it was close enough for the search to find the correct thread. Nice fix on all accounts... !!! Jnaki But, here is the catch... I know where the topic below: Lions Drag Strip in 1959 Discussion in 'Traditional Hot Rods' started by Jive-Bomber, Aug 17, 2017. is located and is bookmarked on my laptop. But, on the HAMB site topics, it pops up rarely. So, when I have some new stuff, I used the search function and type fast. Hoping for a direct shot at the title created by J-B. Each time I typed in 1959 lions dragstrip in different variations, I got the same no results found screen. So, what gives? The spell check is working, but the individual titles now have a specific typing requirement... type it exactly as it should be or keep searching... or look for your own bookmark. I even typed in my name under the posted by member section and still no results. So, I went to my saved bookmarks and found the correct J-B thread: "Lions Drag Strip in 1959"
