Technical Hollander manual - '50 Cadillac steering box

I have only heard of these, but it sounds like it is very handy! If anyone has one , could they look something up for me? Does a '50 Cadillac steering box have an equivalent in another GM brand?
Or has anyone replaced one with another more common unit? (Left hand drive of course).

 

1950 looks like it is all alone but similar guts up to '54. As it is one column & box ***y, several could be close. Some fabricobbling may be possible or needed.
