I bought new springs, they are 150 lb. They are about right, the rear is light. I’m not to concerned about sway. Suspension travel won’t be very much.

Spent more time on the p***enger side cab panel today, would have gotten farther if I wouldn’t have had to take it off after I welded it on crooked….
Also tacked the bottom of the grill shell on and started fooling with the firewall. I want the hood former on even though there will not be a hood. Don’t want anyone thinking this is fibergl***. IMG_2625.jpeg IMG_2624.jpeg IMG_2623.jpeg

While the chop saw was set up in the garage from doing baseboards I thought I would rip out the bed wood so I can set the box in place.
I had a buddy burn out a pair of brackets like @BRENT did on his A g***er. I thought they were neat. Helped make my $60 dune buggy tank look a little more hot rod. Needs some clear tubing a redi rod. IMG_2725.jpeg IMG_2727.jpeg

Lid on! Needs brads trimmed and the edges routered. Going to fill and paint it before covering it with vinyl. Now I can get back to beating stuff with hammers, grinding and welding! IMG_2731.jpeg IMG_2732.jpeg

IMG_0352.jpeg Haven’t done much lately on the T. Scored some 7/10 old kind bee chrome repops today and had to put them on. I like them better than the Deitz ones I had on it. And they are chrome!

    Well this one is done.
Ran out of ambition and time. Have other projects that are more important, so I’m parting it out. Sold the motor and the body today.

It happens, was a fun “let’s see what we can do” project to follow. Really look forward to whatever you’ve got up next!

Fun to watch how this was developing; but stuff changes in time.

yup. Bigger and certainly more expensive. Building and early Bronco. Is has been 25 years since I sold my last one and I finally found one I could afford.
