I have these heads that came on my FE 427 engine. I plan to sell them but need info on what they are and what they originally came on so that I market them correctly. The numbers on them are, C3AE H 6090 H.
    Any help appreciated

Those are 1963 "Low Riser" 427 heads. Should have 2.08/1.64 valves, and most likely came on a Galaxie/Marauder.

  3. ^^^^ X2. Should have been the original heads on a 63/64 Q code car. (single 4V 427)

Condition of the pieces themselves would have a big difference in value.

The 427 Low Riser heads and the 428 CJ heads are pretty well identicle except for slight variations in valve sizes by the way. 2.09 and 1.65 for the CJ and 2.08/1.64 on the 427 Low Riser. Ports very similar, very similar performance.

  8. There should also be a cast date code. The C3AE-G and H were used late 63 and all of 64. They would be desirable by anyone restoring a 63/64 Q code car, but otherwise just run of the mill FE heads.
