Technical Please ID these Hyd (?) roller lifters

Verified they are not Ford FE so L have to ask here. Diameter is0.842"to the best I can measure, overall length is. 2.600", roller diameter is 0.625" and roller width is .500".
I think they are SBC but do not have any more SBC blocks. Maybe SBF?
I did check Summit and SBC diameter is 0.842"

the bar makes me think Chevy later model small block, ie. the 1990s, OEM style.
