I’m sure it probably has already been posted but I found it on the web.

 

67 gills, 66 b pillar vents, 63 rear windows, and side exhaust. What year is it?

 

Factory side exhaust didn't become available until later in the 1965 model year. But that's not really relevant on a day 2 car. The B pillar indents on this car are typical 1963 coupe. The '64-5 coupes had B pillar vents and the left side was functional. 1966 and '67 B pillars were smooth. No vents or indents. From what I can see of what's left of the rocker panel moulding under the side pipe covers, they might be what's left of some 1964's. '63 coupe A pillar doors/windshield frame and trim differ from 1964 thru '67. But the photo is too grainy to tell. The inside mirror appears to large for '63-4. From a distance it's a bit of a dogs breakfast. Maybe even a splice thru the middle. Definitely a custom machine.

 

i just jumped to the conclusion of a front end wreck and desire to update the front...

 

The ducktail spoiler is cool.

 

All that but apparently stifled the urge to add extra tail lights.

That black ‘63 is as cool as it gets.

 

Used to light the win bulb at Half Moon Bay and the streets of Nor Cal 1960s-70s
