Looking for some ideas.I want to paint my newest project green with cream or off white steel wheels. Been looking for pics but not much luck.Anybody have any nice pics of hot rods painted green? Not looking for flashy colors but something with a old school feel.

Thats it! That is EXACTLY what I have pictured in my head when I think Hot Rod. Your car gives me goose bumps!

Not that I don't drool over a 100 others around here, but it's so refreshing to see a un-chopped, un channeled, original looking Hot Rod, still setting on the A frame. I can just see it THAT way 50 -60 years ago. Good job!

Blueish green with cream wheels. I think Ford called a similar wheel color straw.

How about the green deuce coupe with the blown 21 studder, if I'm not mistaken owned by Busby, but I might be wrong. Suddenly came to mind when thinking of green hot rods.
Remember a tread about it on here some years ago. Outstanding Hot Rod
I have never seen any realy good pics on the net. Got some ink in the Swedish mag Power Magazine some x years ago. Maybe anyone Scandinavian with a memory and a scanner can help out.

wow- Terry, thanks for the great compliment- means a lot!
as for looks- that's where she's going to sit, no chop, no channel, no Z, ride height is almost spot on, maybe an inch lower in the rear.
Just gotta replace the quarters, massage some dents and respray it with real automotive paint. I know the look isn't glamorous or high tech, and 99% of people on the street ignore it, but those 1% who really appreciate- well, they know their history and you know they're what the HAMB is about. Thanks again

(and the plate will be relocated as well)
