Event Coverage Blues4U Photos of LARS 2025

OK, let's get this started. I finally got my photos uploaded to my computer so I could start going through them. I thought it was a good show, if not up to the level of the shows of the past, I had a great time. And I learned my lesson from last year and wore long sleeves and a broad hat all day.

Friday morning, in line for the "Specialty Cars" parking, ended up right behind @1oldtimer and the Mrs, you've all seen his panel truck.


I don't know why they wait to let the cars in, why have us stand around waiting outside rather than let us get it and get parked and set up. Then we finally get let in only to find cars already inside. WTF?

It is a neat Rpu. If I recall correctly it has an inline 6 in it. I think I saw on Instagram that he bottomed it out and put a hole in the oil pan on the drive back to Minnesota and was fortunate enough to quickly get it repaired and back on the road.

 

I'm headed out the door now, going to be out for a coupla days, travelling on business. I'll get back to posting more when I get back into town.
