I love pre-war Fords, so many cars, so little time.

tried to have at least 1-12 of each.....FAILED, so far.......

I’ve been looking and pretty sure I’ve seen about all of these cars. I really liked this one a lot.

Currently listed for $6500, this one would wind up getting a dropped axle, reversed eye spring, a 283 and early Ford transmission, and be a fun beater hot rod.

    Under 30K
This one is listed for $23K and is perfect, in my book

Being a '40 guy, and loving panel trucks and deliveries, this would be my over $30k. Currently listed for $39K. Bonus for me is I haven't had a '40 sedan delivery yet.

In order to live up to my rep as a bit of a dick I'm gonna disclose that I've waited to do my "homework" assignment in hopes something will get bumped or a new listing. I can't finish with just the 1st 3 pages. I picked one, settled for a 2, and nothing for a 3rd. Tick-Tock Tick-Tock...

My parents used to give us the Sears catalog before christmas and ask us to pick three gifts. One for under 20 bux, one under 40 bux, and one for under 80 bux. Dad's bonus decided what gift we got. We were always pleased with the gift we got, and thankful for the family we had.
Yeah, kinda sappy, but looking back, it was good times...

    Now, onto the game:
Under 20K: '34 Pickup. Because I'm a sucker for an old pickup. And this one just looks good...

20-30k: '29 Roadster. This would look great in the garage next to my AV8

Over 30k: '32 Roadster. Nicely done.

This challenge is difficult for me because as I have learned I can never be happy with a hot rod unless I was the builder. So looking at todays 6/26/2025 first 3 pages my pick under 20K would be this model A roadster on 32 rails project for 10K and I would spend the other 10k on it building and making it the way I want it. And for my under 30K pick I would buy this 34 3 window project for 24K and try to stretch the left over 6K getting it on the road. And as for my above 30K sky's the limit car goes, Well I didn't see one I really liked So I would just buy both of these two projects and make them Fucking Awesome with every piece of rare speed equipment money can buy!!! LOL
