Still surviving...just it seems...its looked a lot better in 2010...I guess it's getting another chance...it should...perhaps 55 is gonna happen again...it deserves it...
sitting real high up front like someone removed the Olds engine? wonder why someone bought it on ebay in 2010 and just let it further deteriorate?
Not all that far from me and it seems to be priced right……….Hmmmmmmmm I wonder how hard it would be to put it back together the way she was in ‘54
Looks like a pretty simple custom project for $3000. I’d shave the door handles, paint it pink, yes pink, dump it on the ground and throw a motor and transmission in it and cruise it like I was the coolest guy in town.
Dolla-dolla bills y'all... Anything can come back, or go back given the C.R.E.A.M. and motivation. and ya say I don't pay attention
2010 was 15 years ago, but come on! Did they park it outside at a boat ramp on the coast somewhere? It aged more in 15 years than it did from 1954 to 2010
Hmmm, a mix of Olds Rocket 88, Kaiser Darin and early Facel Vega. Needs a pair of 1959 Cadillac bullet tail light lenses inside each of the the rear lights. The original interior on the custom actually looks quite well done, well when it was a new custom. It does shout 1954. Different but EEEAAAA. This falls in the cl***ification of "Just because you can do it, should you really ?? "
