    It sure is copied alot. It made a profound impact on hot rudders for sure. The car in pcture was a clone of TLB. Richard actually hlped the guy on the left get it righg. img_1_1739892351695.jpg

    I haven’t seen one clone that has the primer correct. The original had about a week’s worth of time spent on it to age the primer with streaks and bloching to make it look like it had aged, this was done for the movie by the guy that built the car. Everyone who copied the car doesn’t do this.

    Yep that's right. Richard who is pictured with the car talked about how he originally painted the cars a light blue. Producers wanted a dirty looking primer. He said it kinda pissed him off. I think he said he used thinner to streak the primer.
