I think you're right. I bet the 1 through 8 markers were made of tape to label your spark plug wires like the factory sometimes did.

Bought this vise today at a garage sale. I think it's a Olympia but not positive.
Had them toss in this Westinghouse Mobilaire that works.
They were tough negotiators but in the end I paid them $10 IMG_0171.JPG IMG_0172.JPG IMG_0190.JPG IMG_0191.JPG

@Moriarity I wonder how many of those 8 tracks were purchased for a penny from Columbia House back in the day?

IMG_2319.jpeg Was digging around the garage today. I knew I had a bag of old car horns. Needed one for my Model A. Found that along with these two horns. Was curious if anyone knew what these went to.

More dumb **** from an estate sale this weekend.

    20250629_212304.jpg

No idea what this actually does but I liked the package art

    20250629_212313.jpg

The paint and chrome polish still have product in them, will try to use them up but I'll save the cans.

    20250629_212336.jpg

These two little tool kits were neat too, and they're both complete.

I had a big box of stuff, some extension cords, paint and expanding foam, WD40, paint brushes, small tools, speaker wire, all kinds of little useful ****, my box full was $20. I really don't need any more knick-knacks but I burn through a lot of garage consumables and most estate sale people damn near give that **** away, that's the stuff I've been looking for lately.

I was sorting through some stuff I got from my parents when they moved last year. Pretty cool stuff! Old Aurora brand 1935 Gilmore Special model. Looks complete with decals but looks like my dad got antsy and started taking pieces off the trees but didn't glue it together? The artwork is killer for sure and will stay on my shelf un***embled. My Dad got this in the 60's from one of his dad's friends who worked for Aurora models and gave him a bunch of kits. Also pictured is the Ford style wrench my grandfather carried in his '32 in college.

  26. What's left of a trailer, or maybe an unfinished project... Any idea what the axle came from?

I can't imagine that axle has any value after the torque tube has been torched off and sitting open in the elements though
